I always feel honored when I get the chance to taste one of the great Bordeauxs, in this case Château Cheval Blanc. After 10 years it is still firm, vibrant and super fruity. Unfortunately, @plaza_athenee decided to serve it in a white wine glass, which prevented the wine from showing its full potential .
